PortraitsSince 1968 I have been drawing and painting ‘from life’, both figures and portraits. I am particularly pleased when my portrait work captures not only a good illusion and likeness, but also some ‘presence’ about the individual portrayed, which may far outlast the life of that person.
Several of these images are self-portraits at different ages and dispositions.
